Dr Charles is very knowledgeable and professional in her job. She educated me about my condition , I felt very informed as well as given the opportunity to asked questions. I am very satisfied with Dr Charles , excellent doctor,we need more doctors like her.
Dr. Charles is an incredible doctor who goes above and beyond and wrote me back on an important item when she didn’t get paid for it, that shows me who she is as a person. She has figured out things for me others couldn’t. We appreciate you doctor Charles.
I like all my doctors from Advent Health except this Dr. She showed up late and when she attended me, she sounded so irritated, annoyed and unfriendly. Like if I was bothering her. Will ask my PCP to recommend me to a different doctor instead.
