5-star service from these guys! I was stranded in the middle of nowhere when my car broke down, but they came to my rescue. Not only did they tow my car, but they also helped me find affordable accommodation nearby. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. My car is still getting fixed, but I'm confident it'll be sorted out. Highly recommend these mechanics for their exceptional service and genuine care. Thanks for saving me from a sticky situation! Replaced the axle, brake plates and bearings on our caravan when we broke down. Everything was done within 24 hours. Communication was exceptional and really professional workmanship. The fact that it was all done at a good price was an added bonus! Absolute champions!
Thank you so much to staff at Camilla Mechanical especially Ken who came and flat-topped our car back to the workshop on Saturday Unfortunately the parts need to be ordered which arrived promptly on Monday after being ordered on the same day. Big shout out to Rob who came out to us at Flaggy Rock. Lost our brakes turning into the Cafe on the highway and after chatting over the phone Rob was there in around 20 minutes. He removed the split hose and informed us a new one would have to be made up in Mackay (due to age of our bus) so could be a few days. Only 24 hours later and Rob was back with the new hose and had us back up and running. Great service, really helped us out and very fair price. Thanks Rob and Deb
