I like the theater itself. What I despise is the fact I bring my six year old grandson to the movies, he thanks the person who sells us our tickets, thanks the concession worker for our overpriced snacks, and thanks the ticket taker and doesn't receive EVEN ONE YOU'RE WELCOME in response. You try so hard to teach proper manners and they are treated this way. I called each of them out on it and will continue to do so until it's not the norm.
