The seating area smelled like urine. The cashiers are very slow. The food is exorbitantly over priced - around 10 dollars for popcorn and a small soda together over 10 dollars. The managers are rude and predjudice. Dont go here unless you want a substandard moviegoer experience. Replies back are unwanted.
This theater gets 2 stars only because of their $5 deal on Tuesdays. The theater is very unclean with sticky floors and trash. I have experienced a movie goer who actually answered their phone during the movie on speaker phone. Staff needs to be retrained especially since most of them are high school students. Management has dropped the ball.
This is by far the worst movie theater I've ever been to. The popcorn was cold. you have to wait for food to be ready 5-15 minutes. For a Friday night, I find that to be unacceptable. It smells and looks dirty! Will not be coming back here!
asked for the senior citizen discount kid at the said clearly this was the senior discount but it was regular price asked him again and again he said this was the senior discount What a rip off... Told manage and he just nodded What a joke! Will not come to this place again
This time maybe due to our seats being the last row from the screen the chairs did not seem to recline as far...my feet were dangling on the ends. Not as comfortable as the last time we came. :(
$6.75 for a drink-$7.00 for a popcorn....TOO EXPENSIVE! Seats dirty & stained. Bathrooms need TLC. Looks rundown. I agree with other 1⭐️ Review.....DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Greedy Owners!!!!
It's so rare these days to find REAL customer service, or to getwhat you pay for, but these folks treat you right! The building is GORGEOUS!!! The plush leather seating is beyond comfy! The staff is the most genuinely helpful and friendly bunch that I've ever encountered in a single place. From Charles, who filled my bucket with their DELICIOUS popcorn.. to Sherry, who graciously escorted me all the way to my theater to hold the door, because my hands were full of goodies.. these people are FABULOUS!!! This is a nasty place popcorn all over the floor soda spilled everywhere those ushers do not clean up around there I went into the women restroom someone took a dump on the floor and it had to been there for a while a child or anybody could have slipped in it or picked it up and there was no manager in sight.
Over priced. "Doesnt except military on weekends" movie started late and the screen wasn't working
