They have a No Weapons sticker on Entrance Door: Gun Free Zones are Dangerous! Only keeps Law Abiding Citizens from Carrying! No a Wise Idea: Texas Church on December 29th is a good example!
RecommendedGreat theater. My only problem is the one o'clock movies. It would be great if y'all could go back to the morning or noon movies. People that have children in school can't go to a one o'clock movie and make it out in time to get them from school. You're missing out on business.
They have done a lot with this place as far as the lighting and the terrible small it had a few years back. The seats are great, parking and lighting secure. I like the Regal Popcorn better, this popcorn seems stale sometimes. Love the drink selection machines. The beers and food is too high, lower the prices and go with volume. Also they need more help to sell popcorn as the lines are ridiculous. Pull extra help form other duties to handle the customer base and open both sides for a half hour or so. Our film blacked out more than a dozen times during the film. The screen just went black while the audio continued. I reported to staff 4 times personally. The staff did nothing. I reported to a management staff person Stephanie who shrugged and said "okay" with a smirk. I have never had such a callous reaction to a customer issue before. If I am paying to see a film, I expect to SEE the film. We were offered not even an acknowledgement or an apology, nevertheless a refund of our money. Apalling.
I didn't think to get the name from his name tag, but whoever the guy was who took our tickets at the 6:40 showing of the Pooh movie is AWESOME. I don't know if management makes him or if he does it on his own, but his "Your return to the 100 Acre Wood begins in Theater 5 on the right" and "Your mission, should you decide to accept it, is to enjoy the movie... " is still making me smile today. KUDOS for the extra touch!
