I wasn't looking forward to the day coming when I would need to make arrangements following my husband's passing. However, Carmichael's Funeral Home in Smyrna made everything comfortable for me. Jim greeted me, and we chatted for several moments while he listened compationately to stories about my husband. Thank you, Jim. Madison, my funeral director, never once tried to steer me into having more than I wanted, and she has been there for me with every follow-up question that I have.
