Ayr Ford dealership were amazing for me. My Ranger Wildtrak centre dash screen stopped working, so I went into the Townsville Ford and they couldn't even look at it for 7 weeks. They are so under the pump it's not funny!!!! They suggested that I call Ayr, 90 KMs away. I did, and what a difference. They had me in within a few days, diagnosed the problem, got the part in and now it's all good again. The loan car was appreciated, as it was a Ranger as well. Full marks to the reception staff, they really care.
The girls in the service centre were very professional and accommodating. Cannot say enough about the prompt and efficient service. They resolved our recall and other issues on the car. I would highly recommend these guys for servicing our Ford.

What legends! We couldn’t get a service in cairns for 6 weeks and desperately needed one to not void warranty. These guys squeezed us into their day on our way through and were friendly about it and did a great job. Even rang to check if we wanted something done before doing it. Thanks heaps to the ayr crew!
