Poor customer service, toxic culture, very poor diagnostics, and a parts department the grossly overprices. They wanted $6k for a part I got from a Ford dealership in Brisbane for $4500! I’ve bought an Amarok now due to their appalling customer service

Ford has been absolutely amazing with their customer service, communication and after care. We dealt with Owen from Carmichael Ford who was extremely helpful and worked around the clock to fix our car. We couldn’t be happier with the service and outcome of our situation. Thank you Owen and Ford.
Called multiple times with a promise of a callback, nothing, just no help at all. Cars no longer there so we don't care attitude. Wasn't even a call to criticise them, just to get a story straight as everyone has a different idea of what was said.
