I have been to Ford dealers across the country with a series of vehicles. Though not based in Townsville I have had work done at Carmichael Ford on multiple occasions. They have been by far the easiest to deal with and the most competent of any Ford dealer I have experienced. Unlike others who treat non-regular customers as a nuisance, Carmichael Ford staff help you out and get you going. If I lived in Townsville my next vehicle would be another Ford.
Purchased a used Mazda 6 from them got it transported to the Sunshine Coast and the a customer service stuff were simply amazing to deal with
Customer Service - Do they know what it is? Basically No sent a text Monday Julie answered and stated she would check with the service department and get back to me, never heard from her. Tuesday rang they it went to a machine left a message, never heard from them.
