Excellent service from Ford Carmichael Townsville. They helped me with a service and repair just before our Fraser Island holiday and were incredibly helpful and efficient. They managed to fit the repair in within a few days so the car was ready in time for our trip. Great customer service, friendly staff, and very helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommended!

I dropped off a car here today and my experience with the ‘lack of service’ service department has made me reconsider buying a vehicle from this dealership. It was a shocking experience and the way I was talked down to was utterly unacceptable.
