Poor service, hard communication and a toxic atmosphere. We brought in our 2014 Ford Transit campervan, which we live in full time, for a standard service. We clearly reported that the radiator had come loose after driving on rough Outback roads. When we collected the van, the inspection sheet indicated that the cooler had been checked, yet the radiator was still completely loose and hanging.
