I have used this pharmacy for a long time. I think that i need to rethink using their service. Usually i call in my prescriptions a week in advance using their automated system. Too often when i arrive to pick them up, I am told that they are not ready due to waiting to hear back from my doctor or insurance provider. I don't understand why the staff cannot call to let me know that there is a problem. befor i am out of said medications.
I absolutely love this pharmacy and the people there, all of them are very compassionate and want to help you! I'm always in and out, which is a good thing, otherwise I'd be broke from shopping in their boutique!!!!! #loveit
So appreciative of my friends/coworkers. Tonight I left the hospital at 7:56 with my husband that has had a kidney stone for two weeks, called the pharmacy and they stayed and waited for me to get there with the prescription. It was filled within 5 minutes. Absolutely love being on staff as well as a customer at Carmichael. Thanks to those who stayed late
I don't live in Monroe so I've never used the pharmacy at Carmichael's but LOVE all the gifts they stock! My kids went to school at George Walton so I loved being able to stop in there and pick up a shower or birthday gift. So convenient and they are super friendly! Can't recommend them enough.
