Took trailer Thursday to get hydraulic brakes put on, was asked when I would like it back? said next Tuesday afternoon if possible. Tuesday afternoon, got phone call saying was all done. Great service excellent job ,I am very happy with trailer. Next day got a follow up call from Michael asking how everything is with the Trailer. Never had as great service as this before would recommend this company to anyone.
Not many caring business like this around any more. Plugged in our trailer to do a delivery and the lights didnt work. Gave Carmic a call who said to drop by anytime. A guy named Michael tested the trailer and said there was a break in the cable somewhere. Gave me a temporary tailgate light and plug set up for the day. Returned the next day and they repaired the broken wire for a very reasonable price. Very rare getting genuine service like this these days.
