Dr.Henson and his nursing staff go above and beyond to help you with you with your medical problems..They will patiently listen to you and treat you with compassion and understanding..
This place has no doctor on weekends apparently. What good is having a secretary and no doctor in an emergency. Apparently I am not the only one who this has happened to. If you are going to have weekend hours maybe the doctor should stay there and not go home. Just an Idea.
Called on a Friday to see about their walk in hours and was told 9-5 on Saturday. Went at around 10:30-11 and found a note stating that they were only open till 1-5. Was also told they would probably leave early if there were no walk ins so I assumed going in earlier was better.
Horrendous! My father experiencing an emergency and needs in for an appointment to get cleared for surgery and their office staff states there are 5 appointments scheduled for Fridays but only two available. They cant decided to get him on the schedule because they don’t know what ACUTE means. His specialist has notified their office this is an emergency as well.
