My son had his clutch, flywheel and nearside driveshaft replaced, on picking the car up it wasnt right car was rattling and knocking when on full lock ... took car back .. oh the knocking is just because of the new parts we've had 4 technicians look at it there's nothing wrong ... then get told the bolts holding the driveshaft into the ball joint weren't tightened properly... my son was on the motorway at the weekend with my 3 year old grandson in the car and funnily enough now you've tightened the loose bolts there's no rat... read more

Excellent customer service with great communication, had an MOT done which cost £45 which is very reasonable compared to other places. My advisories weren't listed for some reason? You'll need to book in advance though, as Carmex seems very busy at times but that's usually a good thing.

Got me in short notice when other garages wasn't interested to help, my car ended up in a little longer than expected due to a couple of problems whilst it was in, staff were very friendly and professional, there garage itself was very updated and smart inside, will return in the future 👍
