Nine of us ate at Carmen’s tonight. We arrived an hour before closing, had free valet parking. and found a great spot to sit. We ordered everything you could think of—steamers, crab legs and shrimp cocktail (huge, beautifully prepared), stuffed flounder, blackened salmon, calamari, lobster—and believe me, it was all amazing! Spent $30 on an order of spaghetti and meatballs, only to receive two tiny meatballs in a comically large plate of pasta. Tasted decent but just very disappointed in the portion distribution.
We love this place. Dining bayside is very nice and I think this place is a little nicer than Mikes seafood nearby. Parking is valet, entrees come with salad and sides. Reservations only available for 9+ people. We went as a group of 8 on a weeknight around 5 and it wasn’t very crowded. BYOB
