Closed do t exist anymore
Still one of the coolest spots in town imo. Ive been hanging out there sporadically since the old location off St. Mary's. Get there early, try everything on the menu & plan on having a real chill time.
I love Carmens. I have been going there for years. If you want a great show and a culturally rich date night, this is your place.
