Drove to Rochester from Buffalo for work. Googled Puertorican food and many choices came up. What made us stopped at Carmens cooking was the chicken alcapurrias. The food was delicious. The chicken was seasoned with Carmes sauce and it did not disappoint. The small portion of alcapurrias qas perfect. The vibe was awesome. The owner was pleasant. Will definitely come here to eat when in Rochester.
