Carmen is amazing. I called her on Wednesday because my daughter had arrived for a vacation at my house on Thursday, she moved her schedule because of my circumstances and she was in my house the next day at 7:00 am. The first thing she asked was if somebody in the house was allergic to chemicals, that was a very professional question.
