We used Carmen's for our family Christmas party and everything was perfectly cooked and tasted amazing!! In particular, the beef rollups were so tasty and tender, The chicken parm was juicy and so flavorful. The attention to detail , high quality ingredients and overall taste sets them apart from other caterers. I would highly recommend them!

Carmen Catering did an excellent job providing brunch for my daughter's bridal shower in June. The food was beyond delicious, and everyone wanted to know where it was from.
