First time coming into this Salon which was empty. Carmen the owner didn’t even greet me. She just stared at me as I walked into the salon and didn’t even greet me like a professional. She was very rude and had this horrible arrogant attitude. You would think the owner of all people would be friendly but no! She quoted me almost $300 to do my already lightened hair which is absurd for someone who has zero clients. Overall I won’t be returning.
