This place is awful. DO NOT GO THERE!! They messed up my hair very badly and would not give me my money back or fix it. They only yelled at me and gave no appology for what they had done. Absolutely so rude and unprofessional. This was by far the worst hair cut I have ever gotten. Carmen's is filthy, the employees and owners are so rude, and they do a terrible job cutting hair!.
