The office staff is friendly and helpful Kathy and Lisa are always polite, and the townhomes are a nice size. Sean and James are always attentive and quick to correct any issues you have! Amenities are nice, the only issue is landscapers and lazy people with their garbage.
I’ve had a great experience living at Carmendy Square Townhomes. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and feels like a place where the staff genuinely cares about the residents. I have lived here over 2yrs and have no real problems with mgmt. Maintenance issues have been done same day or the following day. I get a response from office letting me know the approximate time they will be handling any issues I have. They even came n changed a light bulb I couldn’t reach. I am apalled at how some residents throw their tradh around the garbage compacter instead of in it. Busted watermelon even. It isn’t just a dumpster. Kathy is amazing! My partner and I are first-time renters who had a quick turnaround due to a new job and a bad experience with another complex. Kathy made sure that we understood all of the processes needed and got us approved and ready to move in a timely manner! Professional staff with excellent service!!
