On the day of our move-in, the refrigerator didn't seem to be cooling as well as it should be. Within 15 minutes of me sending in a request they had someone there to fix the issue.
The office staff is friendly and helpful Kathy and Alex are always polite, and the townhomes are a nice size. Sean and James are always attentive and quick to correct any issues you have! Amenities are nice, the only issue is landscapers.
I have lived here for 6 years, and the experience has been amazing, application process was easy and office staff Kathy and Alex are helpful. My work orders are done same day in most cases!! I've never had that level of expertise from a maintenance team. Sean and James are the best I've seen in a long time! Worth every penny!
