Do yourself a favor and stay away. My family and i moved in last year and it was nothing but problems with the unit. They are nothing like the modes they show you. They are old, not taken care of, roaches, mold, oders, you name it they got it. We couldnt wait for our lease to end and move. Then after we moved they are trying to bill us for damages that were already present prior to move in. Its a joke of management on their end. Trust me. There are much better places. Do yourself a favor and find a better place. This place has become horrific since management changed
On the day of our move-in, the refrigerator didn't seem to be cooling as well as it should be. Within 15 minutes of me sending in a request they had someone there to fix the issue.
The office staff is friendly and helpful Kathy and Alex are always polite, and the townhomes are a nice size. Sean and James are always attentive and quick to correct any issues you have! Amenities are nice, the only issue is landscapers.
