We have been living here over a year and it’s not too bad for a cheap townhome. The units look nice but everything feels cheap and breaks easily (the tub chips if you clean it and what’s underneath has me never taking a bath again). We pay a community and separate trash fee monthly but most of the time the pool is closed and the trash compactor is out of commission. The office staff is friendly and helpful Kathy and Lisa are always polite, and the townhomes are a nice size. Sean and James are always attentive and quick to correct any issues you have! Amenities are nice, the only issue is landscapers and lazy people with their garbage.
I’ve had a great experience living at Carmendy Square Townhomes. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and feels like a place where the staff genuinely cares about the residents.
