That third star is because she was nice. I’m extremely disappointed by this experience, because she decided to do the job lazily because I was honest with her. (I went in for a wash and blow. She had asked me if I’d be rebranding again. I said, “yes; in a couple of days.” She used a cheap shampoo (I could smell it). She didn’t run the blowcomb enough. And when she ended, she didn’t offer to comb it out nicely, just a ponytail - which I agreed to, as she seemed to be rushing to get it over with - despite the place being empty... read more
