Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience with Carmen's Floral Creations. I had ordered a special bouquet delivery from out of state - the recipient did not receive the bouquet, and when I followed up with the shop, they gave me radio silence. I did not have a good experience, and will not recommend this place.
By far the best floral arrangement store in Central Texas. The owners were sweet, helpful and kind during pickup. We ordered various flower arrangements for an event and were impressed with the final product.
We wanted to send some flowers to my daughter for her promotion. Great communication via the website; website image was a wonderful depiction what she received. In all great experience. We will use Carmen's again.
She loved the flowers and Amanda went to extra effort to make sure they were delivered, very much appreciated!
My mom sent me flowers for my birthday and I wasn’t able to answer the door, but Amanda made sure that I was available to get them front my front door before she left. Thank you so much!! The arrangement is beautiful.
