Made an appt online more than 24 hours before my appt time, filled out all the insurance info and forms, and when I arrived for my appt the receptionist said the doctor didn’t accept my insurance for new patients and that they tried to call me- however I had no missed calls and no voicemails from them. I confirmed my phone number and it was correct, so they made no effort to contact me. She didn’t even apologize for making me come the whole way there.
