I recently had an interaction with the administrative staff at this office, and it was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve encountered in a healthcare setting. The tone was dismissive, communication was abrupt, and there was a clear lack of courtesy and basic customer service. In a dental practice, the front office sets the tone for patient trust and comfort. Unfortunately, this interaction did the opposite. Dr. Paez de Mendoza is a wonderful dentist with education and professionalism to boot. I have had no problems with work she has done on me and am very pleased with the experiences I have had with her. Just a fantastic person and exceptional dental professional. If you need a dentist… look no further. She is it!! Great office, very clean, COVID protocols in place… the full deal. Love her!
