Loved Dr. Carmen and all the staff! I ended up at all the locations at some point or another, and they’re all great. The staff is super kind - from reception to the OAs to Dr Carmen. I always felt like things were explained thoroughly and ran on time. I used the Dental Monitoring app for my Invisalign, and any time I had questions I felt they were always answered super fast! And of course the results were AMAZING. I was shocked how much my smile changed. Great experience. Will be back when my kids inevitably need braces 😅

When our daughter was 11, our dentist referred her to orthodontics stating she would likely need jaw surgery to correct her under bite. We saw several orthodontists and all of them agreed that she would need surgery. Well, all but one. I have been to all of the locations and their customer service is very consistent. All of the staff members make us feel welcomed and comfortable.
