Carmen did a wonderful job selling our Mother's house. She explained the benefits and drawbacks of a variety of offers to us. She was available anytime, including weekends. She also had someone pick up some of our Mother's remaining items left over from an estate sale and helped us coordinate with a handyman. None of us kids live in town any longer and Carmen stayed in touch continually. Overall Carmen created a wonderful experience for all us. I highly recommend her for real estate needs.

Carmen was a very enjoyable realtor to work with. From the very beginning when we were just looking at our options she was hard at work for us. She would consistently ask us questions about our preferences and send us homes that fit that. She also answered any questions and explains all terms and actions thoroughly.
