I’m so glad that I took this training course with Carmen. There is so much information on the Internet, YouTube TikTok you name it everybody’s an expert, but Carmen truly is!!! NSA 101 taught by Carmen Lane is a great experience. Carmen is very thorough and takes the time to make sure you understand everything about being a Notary Signing Agent. Also she shares all the nuances with pre signing info and post signing info including all the equipment and supplies you need to be successful. I feel the 6 hours she spent on the phone and in a one on one meeting was everything one would want to accomplish. I highly recommend the opportunity to take a class covering everything you would expect and more.
Carmen Lane went way beyond the call of duty to take care of our notary signing. She was extremely professional, communicative, knowledgeable and can multitask. Carmen Lane was able to find our almost hidden location, extra points for navigation and promptness. Her intelligence is only overshadowed by her kindness.
