Went in for a blowout and a cut didn’t have time to get my hair washed, asked to keep my length and add layers, I ended up with hair just past my shoulders and barely any layers. Could be a language barrier, if you speak Spanish you’d probably be fine explaining what you want but you’re better off going to a diff salon that’ll charge you the same price and give you better service.
