Poor quality. Bought 3 item worth about $4k. 4 weeks later and one of the necklaces broke, I was not rough with it at all. They would not give store credit to upgrade to a stronger chain (difference paid by me) Therefore, my opinion is that this store has bad quality and no care for their customers. This gold will be melted down as it can't be trusted to not break and it could be lost.
The most gorgeous jewelry selection and absolute value for money products. Got a beautiful ruby and diamond ring with was absolutely royal and stunning. Great knowledge from the staff and brilliant service with resizing. Always recommend them to my friends and family.
I'm so happy I chose Carmen to remake my jewellery, and I'm over the moon. I highly recommend them - don't go anywhere else! I chose them as the pieces in their store were beautiful, artistic, and refined without being over chunky or flashy as I needed a jeweller that could work in a timeless style.
