I had a piece of jewellery that I was wanting to gift but not sure if it was valuable or even real so I took it to Carmen’s in Mirrabooka Square WA and they did a valuation certificate for me in a very timely manner. The assistants in the store were delightful so helpful so friendly I hope to be able to patronise this particular store in the future and advise my friends of the genuine old fashioned service at this store. Excellent customer service from start to finish. The pricing was very reasonable, and I had my ring polished and revalued — all done in a short amount of time. They even included a complimentary ring box. Overall, a fantastic experience. I’m extremely happy with the service and how the service went. Highly recommended!
