Very helpful and knowledgeable sales woman, who was able to have the ring my son purchased resized in store on the same day. He was very happy with his purchase after visiting at least six franchise stores, previous to finding Carmen Jewellers today. Good old fashioned service! Thank you.
Had an absolutely wonderful experience, at the midland store. Went in asking for assistance with resizing my Medical Alert bracelet as it was too big. Had been into other jewellery stores at the shopping centre all fobbed me off saying “ sorry our jeweller is not in today.” Paige was amazing, without hesitation, offered to repair the damaged link & remove excess links to make the bracelet the correct size.. Natalie was so helpful and spent a lot of time with me, answering all my questions. She was fantastic and super helpful.
This place is a disgrace and the older lady behind the counter really needs to be nicer asked put my chain in for parrot clip yet got a cheap line claps . Will never return and will make sure i will tell everyone about her horrible service and manners .. shame on u
