Had an absolutely wonderful experience, at the midland store. Went in asking for assistance with resizing my Medical Alert bracelet as it was too big. Had been into other jewellery stores at the shopping centre all fobbed me off saying “ sorry our jeweller is not in today.” Paige was amazing, without hesitation, offered to repair the damaged link & remove excess links to make the bracelet the correct size.. This place is a disgrace and the older lady behind the counter really needs to be nicer asked put my chain in for parrot clip yet got a cheap line claps . Will never return and will make sure i will tell everyone about her horrible service and manners .. shame on u

The jeweller did an excellent job repairing my cracked ring. Received excellent customer service both times we went into the store.
