I was not at all pleased with her care. I explained my issue and she pretty much ignored me; then proceeded to provide matter of fact care. I've had my share of crappy providers but I've NEVER had a provider that did not physically examine me. I have no skin issues and I have ALWAYS been a clean person. My hygiene is important to me so I'm not sure what her issue may have been other than she did not want to touch me. I would say use caution when selecting a provider and be cautious of this provider in particular.
I felt very comfortable opening up to Dr. Herrera concerning my recent. I didn't intend on saying all that I did but Dr. Herrera was very patient with me and listened to all of what was bothering me. I was a bit late to my appointment but thankfully Dr. Herrera still made time for me and helped me feel comfortable. Dr. Herrera is definitely one of the best doctor's that I've been seen by.
