Nice person + last minute appointment = 2 stars Horrible hair cut. I didn’t want to leave a bad comment but it’s been 3 weeks and every day now when I’m doing my hair I realise how everything is uneven in the front, half shaved in the back and it’s gonna take so long to grow back so someone can fix it. She was nice and chatty but I’m so pissed by this haircut. My experience for the first time? Great, I was nervous because of my dandruff problems that it would get in the way when doing my hair, but wasnt the case, Carmen made me feel comfortable and let me know to just make sure im taking care of my hair and scalp. Her team also very helpful with doing my hair. I just moved to the neighborhood and was desperately looking for a Dominican Salon open on Sunday. What a gem. Carmen and her team of professional and take their work very seriously. Carmen, this is the best cut I’ve had in a long time!!! It’s hard to find people I can trust with my hair. xoxo
