Did an eyebrow tattoo/ombre session with Gina... she's very good. I am not an easy person to do this to as my skin is very sensitive, but she took her time and was super meticulous. I love my brows!

Horrible. I am left with two fully opposite shaped eyebrows permanently tattooed and Gina did not have the courtesy to respond to any of my text . I immediately sent her pictures of the really messed up tattoos and she did not respond. She did not volunteer to fix her error. She will respond before you go but she will ghost you which is very unprofessional. I will further my complain to the Consumer Protection. Beware of her. OH MY GOODNESS!!! I am so happy with the end result! I have wanted permanent make up for a while and looked at numerous places but after I seen a nail tech at my nail salon that had her brows done with Gina my decision was made! She was easy to work with the whole time! Was continually asking me if I was ok or if I needed a break. She put me at ease! I love the outcome! I went in to get browse and lips done and then decided to even get my eyeliner done! Thanks Gina! Love it!

I have very bittersweet feelings regarding the salon. In my first experience, I reacted terribly to the numbing cream used. I had to pay an expense to see a dermatologist and make sure I was ok and on top of that, pay for a steroid cream that they prescribed for when I went back to get the job finished. Gina stated she wouldn’t charge me for a touch-up knowing what I had been through the first time and that the job was not completed (key part).
