This office is a nightmare. Nurses and doctors do not care about anything but making appointments after appointments to make their money. They put you on hold for hours and when the nurse finally answers, she ask for the date of birth and name of patient and throws you on hold for another hour... Yes i am still on hold after the nurse answered. Raquel is the a miracle worker. She was the only person at the clinic that was helpful and made sure everything was taken are of. The rest of the staff is horrible.

Terrible customer service, they never never answered the phone, referral coordinator 🤬 , they put you in hold for over an hour and never answered the phone 🤔🙄

My mother has been sick for the past 4 months with an infection (bacterial). She’s been in an out the hospital and in and out this office for help because she has uncontrolled vomiting and nausea. My mother was hospitalized right before Christmas because I seen her health declining to the point she couldn’t even get up to go to the bathroom. While in the hospital my mother fell into a coma. Dr.s are running exam after exams. I called this office to see if I would be able to get my mothers medical records to see if I can help... read more
