Carmelle is such an incredible yoga teacher. I took one of my first Prana flow classes with her as my teacher at Goucher College. I remember walking away from that hour long class feeling so, so, so good. Carmelle was someone who inspired ME to start my full time yoga career 10 years ago, which I have been very successful at. You just feel so held in Carmelle’s presence. She was born to be a teacher and a guide.
I had an exhilarating experience that was enlightening and spiritual. I have recommended Prana to all of my friends.
I had the most amazing Life Guidance and Reiki session with Carmelle. She is very knowledgeable and intuitive. I’ve had many Reiki sessions over the last 15 years and that was definitely top 3. I came to the session feeling lost, confused, and broken. I left feeling cleansed, calmed, and aligned. I left feeling completely happy and at ease with where I am at. It was just the shift I needed. Such an beautiful experience that I’m very grateful for :)
