Dr. Lim and nurse, very good. Office interface horrible. I called today for non-emergency discussion about blood pressure, at 2:55PM on a Thursday. I got a message that the office was closed but the time was within the normal hours listed. I was then transferred to another menu that said the office is open but busy with other patients. Which is it??? I left a message with the answering service and am still waiting for a call back.
This doctor is very rude, takes away the medication you need without informing you.

I have been with Dr. Lim for several years, after being referred by my sister-in-law. I feel that she is very thorough and concerned for both your health and well being.
Terrible experience. Run do not walk away from this doctor. Very unprofessional, rude, and simply do not care. I have no idea how this woman doctor got a license to operate. Advent Health should know they have a bad apple under their roof!
This doctor is extremely unprofessional. I am an attorney with over 15 years of litigation experience. I was asked inappropriate personal questions that do not relate to my health. The doctor made several inappropriate comments not related to my health. Something is wrong with this woman. I personally got the sense that she may be struggling with something in her home life or battling a mental illness. All these negative comments are disconcerting.
After initially reviewing new patient file and agreeing to see new patient, Dr. Lim called to cancel the appointment and refuse service 4 days prior to appointment. Now, elderly father-in-law is without a doctor and has several special needs that are not getting met.
This doctor is disrespectful if you have any type of depression or anxiety.. I had to go to another physician to help me with my advanced degenerative disk disease because she would not take it seriously and told me to just take your antidepressants. She is also so busy that she walked into the examining room that I was in with my young daughter and asked her how are the genital herpes? because she had the wrong chart. Poor social skills and over her head.
Excellent patient care and very professional ,recommend highly and staff is great also
