I spent a month and a half in Italy, and tried to find food equal to Carmelina's! Impossible! I tried restaurants in Trento, Venice, Bologna, Rome, Naples, ... From appetizers to entrees, specials, ... what is stunning is the quality of the ingredients. The fish from seaport fish markets, the meat from Sulmona, the shopping for produce and dairy done daily!
