We stopped in here on vacation in Gatlinburg. The employees rushed us. The popcorn we bought was stale. Chewy and old. Employees were rude.
The caramel corn was just ok. Very light coating. Reminded me of the popcorn that comes in the holiday tins or cracker jack.
Hv seen lots of videos on this place and the YouTuber I watch raves about it however that was not my experience today. Walked in excited to get fresh hot Carmel corn and asked did they have any that was hot? The guy says yes we are making some now, we paid him and he hands me a box of cold corn? While on vacation on April 9th we stopped in for some popcorn. The two women behind the counter were the most unfriendly people that we saw during our whole vacation. Neither one of them smiled or greeted us. We ended up buying a small popcorn and that was only because we really wanted popcorn. Our intentions were to buy a bucket of popcorn, but after feeling so uncomfortable we just got the small. I don't recommend this place at least while these two are working. It's truly a shame.
This is a wonderful store. My family shares a lifetime of memories w/them..
