Carmel barre is the best all-around studio. There are so many classes to choose from that it doesn't matter what your fitness level is. There is something for everyone! The studio also sells super cute workout wear which is a huge plus! I highly recommend you check it out and take a class.
This is a great studio for an awesome total body workout.
