This is our first time to new york and couldn't wait to try Italian food. Carmela's is definitely 5star
Carmela's is by far one of the best Italian Restaurants in the Hudson Valley area by far, the food is ALWAYS fresh and the service is second to none.
Myself, co-workers and my employer have been loyal customers for several years. I’m a customer who comes 3 days a week for your pizza. Today I did my usual stop in for a regular slice,, it was awful. No stingy cheese, crust so thin and flat. I wasn’t able to finish the crust edge as it was hard as a rock. I know the pizza guy quit and it shows in the pizza.
