Had a small family dinner tonight to celebrate mom’s 93rd birthday at Carmela’s restaurant. The food was outstanding! The waiters were extremely attentive and treated Mom like a queen. Carmela welcomed us as if we were family, while it was the first time there for all but one of us. It could not have been a better evening. Thank you to all for making this evening such a special memory now for all of us. Can’t wait to come back.

He's been a chef for over forty years and knows everything about Italian cooking His great grandfather was a Italian cook, his grandfather was an Italian cook and his father was an Italian cook.
