my fettuccine alfredo was some of the best I have ever had at a restaurant. I could eat it all day. The Rice balls were also light but, flavorful. I wasn't the biggest fan of their plain cheesecake tastes too lemony to me but, I can see how other ppl would love that. All and all we loved it and will definitely be back.
Had a very pleasant dinner this past Saturday. Food and atmosphere were superb. Already planning another visit.

Dinner was amazing and service was great. All of the food is prepared in house including their bread and pasta. The place was packed but we still had great service.
We were so happy we were able to get reservations here as the menu sounded great and the pictures of the food were oh so inviting. From the moment we walked in the staff was nice and friendly and we were greeted with masked smiles. The restaurant was nicely decorated even tho I was with my exhusband & daughter, the atmosphere felt so romantic & chic all at the same time. Our food was delicious filling and worth the wait and money. I can’t wait to come back to visit my daughter at Notre Dame so I can visit Carmela’s again.
We went there for our Anniversary week and food was great! We also stopped at the Macri ‘s bakery before we sat down to eat. Both are excellent.
Food was delish, homemade pasta with great creme and bolognese sauces served by an attentive waitstaff. We will be back for more.
I'm not one to write reviews about places or restaurants because I never get around to doing them, nor do I get on Facebook enough anyway to review something; however, Carmela's is the ultimate exception. I couldn't let myself go one more day without praising how incredible this restaurant truly is.
