I was truly impressed with the exceptional level of care provided by Dr. Morales and the entire UMC team during my recent colonoscopy. From the seamless preregistration process to the efficient check-in, the attentive nurses, the skilled anesthesiologist, and the spotlessly clean facility—every step was outstanding. Have been trying to get an appointment but with no success, Dr. Morales is a good doctor but her staff( the woman that answers the calls has no empathy) she’s as cold as ice, looking for another gastro. Dr. Morales, you might as well have a robot answer your calls, maybe it will say sorry, thank you, we’re working on your issue, even if it’s a lie, just something that will make us feel better, at least for the time being.

I was with Dr. Morales for decates do to serious stomach problems. Unfortunately I got divorced and lost my I insurance therefore I was under medicaid. She did several endoscopy since she worked at sierra hospital. The last time she send me for another endoscopy to mesa street under Sierra hospital eventhough she was under UMC hospitalI trusted, but she used me as ginny pig and let students practice on me.
