Carmel West Dentistry is by far the best dentist I have been to. The staff is always kind and make you feel special. They do an outstanding job with my teeth and I would recommend them highly!
I recently switched my dental care to Dr Tannous. Simply, she is REMARKABLE. I had other dentists in the past but only when I started with Dr Tannous, I realized how much I missed out on a really good dental care. She explained in details the latest techniques and approaches that are suitable for my dental issues, and gave me an ample chance to choose without any pressure. Her receptionist; Viola, is absolutely lovely. The office was spotless and calming. I would have given them 10 stars if that was an option.
Our family went to Dr Halsema for many many years and have been very happy with Dr Tannous since she took over the practice. Dr Tannous and her staff go out of their way to take care of their patients in so many ways. They are thoughtful, kind, professional and efficient. I’ve had some particular health challenges and they have been incredibly empathetic and accommodating. I cannot recommend this practice enough.
I decided to choose Dr. Rawan Tannous as my dentist because I figured if Dr. Nancy Halsema chose her to sell to and carry on her practice, she had to be great. And I have to say the decision to go with Dr. Tannous was one of my smarter moves! I have received nothing but the best treatment from Dr. Tannous and her team! As a new patient, I called her office one morning because I cracked my tooth the night before and was in a lot of pain, and they were able to get me in within the hour. She did her exam and determined it was from clenching my teeth/TMJ. She was able to refer me to an endodontist for a root canal who was able to see me that same day as well.
