Staff is incredibly kind, helpful and supportive. I have always had a great experience at each location. Just changed to Carmel due to a move to Carmel and was very satisfied with my first visit.
I really enjoyed all of the help they provided when my pet needed things - but the payment and charges were very unclear. It felt like I was there to be sold things, not to get my pet looked at. Even with the Feline Plan there were still surprise charges and things that snuck up on me. When I called to cancel, someone was very short with me about termination. Again, the vets are great but the other staff really needs to work on their communication with clients and the salesman vibe they have.
Had a pet emergency and the front staff found a location that would see us same day. The tech and doctor were both very helpful and informative. I love the Canine membership plans which provide a lot of assistance for when unexpected things come up.

Receptionist, vet tech, and the vet were all so lovely and welcoming! Great back up in addition to the binford location when our regular vet at college Park is unavailable.
