I have been going to Carmel Nails for 7 years. 7 YEARS, every two weeks. On Thursday, they fired my favorite nail tech who I ALWAYS go to. I got an automated text message on Thursday saying my next appointment had been cancelled. No explanation. I texted my nail tech about it and he said he got fired.
