If I could have given 0 stars I would have done, Completely dissatisfied from the receptionists to the doctors, all have the same level of incompetency. I have now changed doctors which only makes me more aware how bad Carmel was.
I have been with his practice for 13 years, personally they have served me very well and for that it was a life saver, I have read many of the comments on these pages and can only agree with the views that are good and bad, the bad ones seem to be the ever recurring problems that are the woes of all a doctors their surgeries and the staff that work there. I have just moved here from Surrey, in the Southeast. So impressed with this surgery who are so on top of things, ie communication , efficiency and friendliness. The ease of getting an appointment is wonderful. Reception team very helpful.
One amazing midwife all praise for this place is hers, rest of the team incompetent medicine thieves. Take medication off people give them no warning until they already can't get the medication before they make you wait on a review which they don't really care about your answers they already have the ending planned out before you've walked in. Walked in and told doctors I've a chest infection the doctor didn't want to do anything so sent me for tests.. it was a chest infection so a week wasted
I have only ever received excellent service from the receptionists, health care assistant, nurse and GP's. On my recent visit Hilary the advance nurse practitioner performed a thorough assessment, was compassionate and spent time to explain my condition including diagrams and props, I'm very appreciative of her time spent and recommendations of how to relieve my symptoms. Thank you to all staff.
