If I could give 0 stars,I would! This place is probably the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. There is black mold,the pool was never open,management is terrible,and to top it off I've had maintenance steal from me. I turned in my written vacate letter back in May,to Joey,who is no longer there. He was fired because he was arrested(you can look up his mycase) And because of him lacking at work,he never turned in my letter. I’ve lived here for over a year and I’m so, so happy that I’ve made it my home for now and the foreseeable future. The leasing staff is friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team really goes above and beyond what you’d expect from a maintenance team. They’re helpful, friendly, and always do make sure to deal with your issues in a manner that makes sure you understand they know the level of urgency that your situation demands. Overall, very happy with my decision to be here and I’ll be here for a long while longer.
We have lived here over a year now and I have nothing but bad things to say about this place and I speak on behalf of myself and multiple other residents that I've communicated with. We have had absolutely nothing but issue after issue living here and maintenance is constantly condescending. No one is ever at the front office and no one answers the phones or messages promptly. After jumping through a bunch of hoops to apply, we were approved but unable to even get in contact with anyone. We called several times and left voicemails as well as emailed to follow up on the approval, no response from them at all. Thankfully we applied to another complex that was smoother to apply to, get in contact with and even schedule a tour for! I highly do not recommend Carmel Landing, they’re very unprofessional.
