After jumping through a bunch of hoops to apply, we were approved but unable to even get in contact with anyone. We called several times and left voicemails as well as emailed to follow up on the approval, no response from them at all. Thankfully we applied to another complex that was smoother to apply to, get in contact with and even schedule a tour for! I highly do not recommend Carmel Landing, they’re very unprofessional.
I can’t even get ahold of them. They stated they approved my application but haven’t called me back after numerous attempts, voicemails, and emailing them. I paid $250 in an application fee just to hear radio silence. It’s incredibly unprofessional.

This is bader, I finally received the check, and it still was not the full amount I was supposed to receive. I tried contacting you again multiple times with no response, and I also attempted to reach the owner directly with no success. I am very disappointed with your service. I have called many times and no one answered. I also left a voicemail, but nobody responded. Today, I came at 10:00 AM and there was no one there. I waited for half an hour and still nobody showed up. I honestly do not know what to do or what to expect from you anymore. Also, I requested the $250 fee application/payment from you, and it still has not been sent yet.
