Carmel Hills is the worst facility I've ever had to deal with. My son was there for 6 months and during that time they forgot several medical appointments and he had 4 coats and jackets and 6 pair of sweats lost or stolen. I have asked them to find his clothes but have had no response. I drove up one winter day to find him outside in his wheeelchair with only a t-shirt to cover his upper body.
