My ex and I both seperately saw Carmel in 2020-2022. She's extremely nice, and has given me some ideas for things I might want to do later in life. Unfortunately, either because we're still young, developing and trying to understand ourselves, OR because of some other factor, we found all of Carmel's advice utterly useless. It was great having someone to talk to, and she's a lovely lady, but she seemingly did not understand how ADHD works, how RSD works, and how often her rigid, immovable-object-tier suggestions were hurtful... read more
